3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Payment must be completed at the time of order. We accept major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through our secure payment gateway.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability.
• Free delivery is available on orders above ₹499.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at VedaNimarSpices@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.

Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days of verification. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened and used, unless the product is defective.
